Joyce, Inc. a web development and digital marketing agency located in Mount Washington. We're looking for someone who is organized, motivated and flexible enough to work across multiple disciplines and responsibilities. 

Marketing: you'll be working with our Director of Marketing to support social media management, copywriting, analytics & reporting, and website QA. You'll work on both internal and client accounts.

Sales: you'll be working with the company president to set up demos with real estate companies about our IDX website product and digital marketing. You'll help manage the lead pipeline, schedule follow ups, and make sure we're building our business.

Project Management: you'll be helping the team stay on track with goals, deadlines and budgets for website builds. You'll work with clients and team members to manage the entire project lifecycle. You'll also manage simple client support tickets or route them to the appropriate team member. 

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn more about the marketing and web development industries, or for someone who doesn't want to be pigeonholed in a single department. 

We're not looking for decades of experience, but we do need you to be incredibly organized, enthusiastic, and willing to learn. This is a permanent, full-time, in-house position. 

We will give preference to applicants with experience in: 

• Writing for web (blogs, editorial calendars, web pages, etc.) 

• Agency project management 

• Wordpress or other website CMS tool 

• Social media marketing 

• Google tools (analytics, Ads, etc.) 

• Sales and/or project pipeline management 

• Email marketing
