Inside Sales & Account Manager (West Penn and East Ohio)

We are looking for an experienced, energetic sales professional to help us get our ListingManager Real Estate IDX Website product in front of Real Estate brokers and agents in Western PA and Eastern Ohio. Your job is to communicate with brokers and agents, educating them on the features, benefits and products available through Joyce, Inc's ListingManager IDX product. After discussing their needs (preferably via phone, although in-person demos are possible at your discretion), you will develop a proposal for a website build and ongoing service at the level that best suits their needs. This role requires a self-motivated, driven individual who thrives on independence and doesn't mind a little ambiguity.

This role could either be strictly sales or could also include Project Management responsibilities, depending upon your availability and goals. The ideal candidate would follow the sale from prospecting all the way through site launch, which would require you to schedule project phases, manage timelines, delegate responsibilities, and act as the primary point of contact for our clients.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • This role does require you to perform sales inside of normal business hours (9-5). Travel requirement is at your discretion.
  • Gain a deep understanding of ListingManager and Joyce, Inc's digital marketing suite of services
  • Conduct product demos by phone or in person when necessary
  • Prospect for new opportunities through various methods in the target regions
  • Respond to inbound inquiries, follow up on leads and manage your sales funnel
  • Deliver or exceed monthly/annual sales quotas
  • Coordinate with Director of Marketing to plan marketing strategy and improve lead acquisition strategies
  • Assist with onboarding new clients
  • Serve as a liaison between the client and our design/development team

While Sales is our main priority for this role, the ideal candidate would also be able to serve as a Project Manager:

  • Follow through from sale to launch
  • Work with internal team to schedule projects and keep in touch with client
  • Assign project responsibilities, establish timelines and time budgets
  • Manage client feedback
  • Setup billing for projects and monthly services

Qualifications and Skills

2+ years of B2B sales experience. Agency or Project Management experience is a plus.

Web Developer/Graphic Designer

We are seeking a developer/designer to build client websites and support our digital marketing services. This role will be responsible for planning, designing, and building out clients websites, especially for our ListingManager real estate websites. This role will also work with the Director of Marketing to support digital marketing services for our clients (online ads, analytics, reporting, social media, etc.)

You will be working with our in-house team of developers and strategists, as well as interfacing with clients directly for project management and support interactions.

Responsibilities

• Planning and designing client websites from kickoff to launch

• Building out websites using Visual Studio and our internal control panel

• Making requested HTML/CSS changes to client websites

• Designing print and online ads and collateral

• Implementing effective SEO standards

• Tracking and reporting client website behavior

• Handle incoming client requests or direct them to the appropriate team member


Requirements

2+ years of experience with Photoshop, HTML, CSS, and the Google suite of online tools.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail will be required.

Experience with, Javascript, Visual Studio, Wordpress, social media management or other digital marketing tools/tactics is a plus.




Front-End and Back-End Developers

We're seeking a Mid-Level to Experienced developer to help with internal development as well as client work. You'll be working alongside account planners, marketing strategists and product managers to enhance existing products, develop new features, and provide services for our clients.

Requirements:

  • Medium to high level of experience with one or more of the following:
    • HTML, CSS and JavaScript for front-end website or application development
    • .NET programming in visual studio vb.net or c#
    • Multi-tier application development including database design/management
    • General web development best practices in areas such as security, optimization, UI/UX
  • 3+ years development experience and/or a proven record of successfully shipped web and/or software solutions
  • Ability to manage several ongoing projects and initiatives at once while meeting deadlines
  • Positive attitude and willingness to work in a team
  • A desire to learn new things and better self/team

Bonuses: server administration experience including database admin, IIS, windows server. Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services

This is a flexible role, offering contract, part-time or full-time depending on skills and role. This position is in Pittsburgh, PA and does require coming into our Mount Washington office full or part of the time. Local on-site client work is also available depending on role.
 



 

Internships
