Integrity Plus Realty in Westmoreland County approached Joyce Inc. at the start of 2019 looking for a major site upgrade. The firm had seen explosive growth within the last few years and needed a modern website that could support their ever-expanding team. One key feature they needed was a round-robin contact form system.
With a large team of more than 50 agents, they needed a fair and trackable way to make sure leads were evenly distributed. The round-robin routing was not yet a part of the ListingManager system, but we recognized the importance of this feature. We developed the capability before launching their site in early March, 2019. The round-robin system is now also available for any new or existing IDX client.
Not only is Integrity's new site highly functional for their team; it's also a more clear, concise, and timeless representation of their brand. Integrity's website plays into the stately, sophisticated feel of their established royal-purple branding. The design uses complementary shades of classic purple and periwinkle, paired with elegant script dividers to accentuate header text. The content we developed refines their messaging and conveys their core values throughout every page of the site.
